Payment and booking policy

Full payment is required to reserve your date. Your date is secured once payment is received in full.
Your service agreement is sent with your invoice and must be signed before planning begins.
The package fee covers KDH DEKOR planning and coordination. Third-party vendor costs are separate unless specifically included in your proposal or invoice.
When KDH DEKOR books and manages third-party vendors on your behalf, their charges appear on your invoice and a 3.4% processing and administrative fee applies to all vendor payments.
All payments are non-refundable.
Additional services requested after booking are invoiced separately.
